For Individual Customers (B2C)

  • Return Window – You may return unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

  • Conditions – Items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Refunds – Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

  • Exchanges – If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost.

For Wholesale Partners (B2B)

  • Defective or Incorrect Products – Must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

  • Return Authorization – All B2B returns require prior authorization from our wholesale team.

  • Final Sale – Most wholesale orders are final sale unless items arrive damaged or defective.
